Nevadans can register to vote through Election Day.
Voto Latino, a group targeted on rising Latino political participation, posted on Facebook that Nevada’s voter registration deadline was Oct. 6. However, that was only the deadline for Nevadans to register to vote by mail and in-person at county workplaces.
Voters can register to vote online on the secretary of state’s web site through Election Day. If they do so by Oct. 20, they are supposed to obtain a mail poll.
Nevadans can also register to vote in-person at an early voting or Election Day polling web site. To do so, they must show a legitimate kind of ID.
