Corn costs are trading with 2 to 3 losses so far on Tuesday morning, with December 9 cents off the in a single day high. Futures rounded out August with contracts up 1 to 3 1/2 cents on the session. Open curiosity was up 15,541 contracts on Monday. There were another 187 deliveries issued against September corn in a single day. The CmdtyView national average Cash Corn price was back up 3 1/2 cents at $4.93 1/2.
This week’s Crop Progress report confirmed 62% of the US corn crop in the dough stage by August 30, with 62% dented and 13% listed as mature. Condition scores were regular this week at 47% in good to glorious situation, as the Brugler500 index slipped another level to 347 on a 1 level transfer from glorious to good.

Monday morning’s Export Inspections report confirmed corn shipments at 1.496 MMT (58.9 mbu) in the week of August 27. That was up 13.11% from the week prior and 6.12% above the same week last 12 months. Mexico was the largest vacation spot of 510,453 MT, with 264,474 MT shipped to South Korea and 173,086 MT to Japan. The advertising and marketing 12 months whole is now 83.81 MMT (3.299 bbu) of corn exports, which is now 25.14% forward of the same period last 12 months as the advertising and marketing 12 months ends right now.
