Two of the Alexander brothers labored in luxurious real estate — but were they the actual deal?
On Tuesday, as three Alexander brothers — Tal and twins Oren and Alon — were sentenced in Manhattan Federal Court to 30 years each for the heinous and “monstrous” crimes of drugging and raping scores of girls over a decade, The Post takes a look at their smoke-and-mirrors way of life.

The siblings were accused of utilizing their luxurious way of life as a manner to lure unsuspecting girls into their orbit.
Their lives in New York included renting trophy flats, but never proudly owning them.
One condominium was at 432 Park Ave., while the other was at 158 Mercer St. where Mark Madoff, the eldest son of the late Ponzi scammer Bernie Madoff, hanged himself in 2010.

And while Oren, 39, and Tal, 40 flew on personal planes, they were there as wealthy people’s company, allegedly “luring” high-net-worth males to coke- and sex-fueled events as a manner to recruit, and to keep, shoppers, several high brokers informed The Post.
“That is just the tip of the iceberg,” said one broker who knows some girls who attended the events and helped recruit other girls. “These guys were too young to make that much money. They were looking for entree to the upper echelons of high risk business relations — through the parties and the women.”

(The eldest brother, Niv Alexander, married to cruise heiress Cassie Arison, has not been accused of any crime and has stayed out of the highlight, while a youthful brother, Oren’s twin Alon — who labored in security and was married to Shani Zigron, who has not been accused of any crime — was also charged and convicted of sex-trafficking crimes.)
The home that Tal Alexander rented at 432 Park, which Oren once shared, was home to Tal’s estranged spouse — who filed for divorce in January 2025, just weeks after the horrific allegations surfaced — and baby until April 2025. Oren and Alon’s wives were not in court on Tuesday, nor were the brothers’ dad and mom.

Outside of Manhattan, Oren, Tal and Alon still have a stake in a Florida home and, through a family-linked company, an Aspen ranch, data show.
The three purchased a web site at 3541 Flamingo Drive in Miami Beach in 2014 for around $3.42 million, developed a mansion there with their father, Shlomy, and bought it in 2023 for $27.5 million.
In 2020, Oren paid $10 million for 2135 Lake Ave. on the Sunset Islands, demolished the home and constructed a 10,000-square-foot mansion. He and his spouse, Brazilian model Kamila Hansen, then bought it in June 2025 for $51.5 million.
In 2020, Tal paid $3.1 million for a half-acre lot at 2687 Flamingo Drive, where the household’s Alexander Group constructed a home. Tal bought it for $33 million to a land trust managed by Joseph Lebowicz, in a deal that closed in the summer time of 2026, according to reports. Google Earth

A family-linked company also purchased a 48-acre ranch outside Aspen in 2020 for $3.3 million.
The Alexander brothers’ real estate colleagues also called them tough to deal with.
“As brokers, they were ruthless and found ways to kick other brokers off deals,” said one, explaining that they misrepresented their function in the record-breaking Ken Griffin deal at 220 Central Park South, because they portrayed themselves as having a relationship with the developer and the residences that they did not have.
“Tal tried to handle the deal but he was so incompetent that [Douglas Elliman CEO] Howard Lorber had to come in. Tal only got the deal because he led Ken Griffin to believe that he was the only who had access to the apartments” that Griffin wished to buy, a source with information of the deal informed The Post on Tuesday.
After the sentencing, the source said: “It’s telling that not a single person in the real estate community stood up for them. They were despised.”

For now, it’s still tough to know the full extent of their real estate holdings and what they will be ready to keep, real estate attorneys say.
“If they sell anything, any money from any sale would have to go to repay any victims who are plaintiffs — and there are civil as well as criminal lawsuits. It will be interesting to find out if they did any asset protection,” said one lawyer acquainted with asset hiding and safety.
“My feeling is that they probably moved quickly to protect their assets. But there is also at least one divorce, and that process is its own colonoscopy. It’s possible that they [stashed assets] offshore, but the likelihood of success is not very high. When your focus is staying out of jail, everything else is secondary and these guys at a certain point realized that their entire lives were collapsing around them.”
